Avonbridge Care Home is situated in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, on the banks of the River Avon. Our setting offers a peaceful residential environment while remaining easily accessible for visiting family and friends from Glasgow, Lanarkshire and further afield.
Facilities
Avonbridge offers 42 bedrooms of varying sizes, most with en-suite facilities. The home includes two communal dining rooms and lounges, a hairdressing room, and a quiet relatives’ room. An indoor garden area and activity hut provide calm alternatives to the main lounges, while the ground floor offers unrestricted access to the enclosed garden with seating for residents and visitors.
Each bedroom can be furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and easy chair. Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings to create a familiar and comfortable living space, decorated to their own taste.
Laundry facilities are available on site, with the exception of dry cleaning and handwash-only items.

Situated on the banks of the River Avon and just a short distance from Hamilton town centre, Avonbridge offers a calm and welcoming setting within an established residential area. The home features excellent communal spaces on the ground floor, with bedrooms located above, and a designated relatives’ room providing a quiet, comfortable space for visitors.
